Apparently we have some Idiots still wanting to Incorporate Laguna Park and it may be good for them but they either don't live here full time or do they realise the expenditures of the locals that are mostly on fixed incomes to pay for all the amenities they WANT to put upon us . WE have Been here for many years and live in Harmony with each other but there exists those that want to bring CITY Politics and BULLSHIT to our endeared area of where WE call HOME. Granted incorporating would get SOME FEDERAL Grant Monies but WE have to come up with the Rest and the population as it is will simply not substantiate it . However if we do Incorporate then most folks will be forced to sell out and move on to a more ever decreasing area of NON Incorporated areas of our Country to live out their lives . Which leads to the ulterior motive most folks can't see that if you can't pay your taxes or are having trouble NOW, how in the Hell are you going to pay the NEW assessments they say WON'T be initiated . DUHHHHHHH!!! Where are THEY going to get the Money to buy COP CARS that will cost in excess of 50 Grand much less pay The Cops 30 to Fifty Grand ,Then Maintenance then City Hall , then City Manager . then City Attorney , DOG CATCHER, SEWAGE SYSTEM , Garbage Collection ,Approved Water System , Damn , the list goes on forever . Not to Mention We would have to pay for the streets and upkeep that the county with all its Grants and Tax Money We already Pay Out to keep in the condition we have now such as they are. The County Would LOVE to be released from keeping the Roads in the AREA.
IF you want City Gov. and City ordinances and crowds of people around living wall to wall and a lot of Traffic then stay the Hell out of OUR PLACE and Go to Freaking Dallas or Fart Worth and leave us be
